Free 1-year aftercare

For one year after purchase, we resize, repair, polish and clean your piece free of charge. Please contact us via LINE.

Defective or wrongly shipped items

In the unlikely event of an initial defect or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will exchange it.
